After starting his broking career in 1970, Michael quickly developed specialisms in energy, non-marine and casualty risks, becoming responsible for UIB Energy and Non-marine after joining Marsh & McLennan Middle East (MMME) Limited in 1984, a forerunner company to the UIB Group, as Senior Broker.
