Property Team

The UIB Property Team – situated within the Non-Marine & Energy Division - is staffed by dedicated professionals who handle every class of non-oil (and energy) related property, from both a physical damage and a financial loss perspective.

The Property Team utilises their extensive expertise to tailor-make client specific placement structures, be they on a Full Value basis, Primary or Excess of Loss format, to meet the particular risk and budgetary requirements of the Insured.
