To access your UIB mailbox double click on the UIB MAIL ACCESS link. The Outlook sign-on screen will then be displayed.

In the domain/user field type:
corp/{your normal UIB user name} 

In the Password field type:
{your normal UIB password}

In order to maintain the security of our mail system please ensure that when accessing your mailbox from a PC/laptop which is not your own, that the "PUBLIC/SHARED COMPUTER" box is checked (this is a default setting). This will then protect your mailbox from unauthorised usaged after you have finished (please note that the system will automatically log off at regular intervals).
