In 2005 we issued our Terms of Engagement (“T.O.E.”) which set out the role that we perform for you as your insurance intermediary and the responsibilities that you owe to us and the insurers.

We regularly review the way in which we conduct our business to ensure that we continue to build the relationships between you our client and the underwriters with whom we place your business.  As a result of the latest review our T.O.E. has been amended and updated to comply with the regulatory requirements that the Financial Services Authority (“FSA”) has placed on insurance intermediaries in the London market.

In this revised version we have drawn your attention to how we your broker, deal with any possible conflicts of interest that may arise and also how we are remunerated.
