The Property Division draws on many years of experience to address and resolve complex risk issues and develop comprehensive and cost-effective risk transfer and insurance solutions.

The Property Division works on accounts throughout the world on a daily basis, drawing on wealth of knowledge and sustained relationships with reinsurers across the globe to support clients in their efforts to control exposures, improve risk profile and reduce reinsurance costs.

We specialise in designing, negotiating, placing, arranging and servicing bespoke insurance programmes for clients with a national or global presence in various sector of the property industry. As a group we are extremely proud of the service standards we provide for our clients and this is further enhanced in the Property Division with the Engineering and the Claims teams brought together on the same floor within our London head office.

Our in-house engineers are often used for technical assistance to the broking team but mainly carry out risk management surveys for our clients.

In-house policy wording specialists
Our in-house policy wording specialists enable the Property division to advise clients on existing coverage, draft bespoke policy wordings and ensure our clients’ needs and requirements are met with the utmost diligence.

Private and independently-owned
As an independent broker, we focus on generating long-term value for our clients by timely accessing global markets for local interests, by selecting and negotiating with suitable local Insurers and international Reinsurers, and by analysing and presenting offers from Insurers and Reinsurers.

Being independent enables us to establish stable relationships with clients and market players through honest, informative and transparent communications, unbiased judgements, and constantly adopting a strong stance when defending our clients’ interests.

In-house claims management
All claims are managed within the Claims team and never outsourced to ensure they are dealt with seamlessly and efficiently and, payments are made promptly. We pride ourselves on our claims management efficiency, providing a comprehensive service, advising on policy wordings, reviewing existing covers and, providing claim processing support from original notification to claim payment.

In-house engineers
Our in-house Engineering resources provide services and advices to clients, placing brokers and claims brokers on technical matters to reach the best outcome.
