UIB Terms of Business Agreements
Our UIB Terms of Business Agreements (“TOBA”) establish the basis of the relationship with our clients, sets out the services we provide and the important practices and procedures that need to be followed in relation to our appointment as your agent. If you have any questions regarding the TOBA please do not hesitate to contact us. If we do not hear from you within 14 days, you will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to our TOBA governing our working relationship, when either you ask us to start working for you, or we actually start working for you.
Only one of the TOBAs (accessible below) will apply to the relationship we have with a client. If you have appointed United Insurance Brokers Limited (“UIBL”) only, then the UIBL TOBA is the agreement that governs the relationship. If you have appointed both UIBL and UIB Nordic UK (the UK branch of UIB Nordic AB) to act as your agent, the UIBL and UIBN TOBA will govern the relationship.
