UIB’s Information Technology team are responsible for the delivery, management, administration, and support for all aspects of the company’s IT, Telephony and Data Communications services.  The IT team provide a broad range of services to UIB, including IT helpdesk user support, systems administration, user account management, data management, IT security management, setting IT strategy, cyber awareness training and testing, and IT equipment procurement and provisioning.

UIB’s Facilities team have a wide-ranging scope of responsibility which includes maintaining the building infrastructure; space planning, office moves and refurbishments; Health & Safety; contract management; managing supplies and services, staff refreshment provisions; executive dining. They support the company by providing the best value for money service they can as sustainably as possible and support staff with an environment/service that allows them to focus on their roles.
