UIB Appoints Marek Ambrozewski as Managing Director of Aviation
UIBL is pleased to announce the appointment of Marek Ambrozewski as the new Managing Director of our Aviation Division, effective January 2025. Marek succeeds Miles Taffs, who is leaving us to pursue other interests.
Marek Ambrozewski brings with him a wealth of experience in the aviation sector, having held several key leadership roles over the past two decades. His extensive knowledge of the industry, combined with a proven track record of driving growth and innovation, positions him as the ideal leader to guide UIBL’s Aviation Division into its next phase of development.

Miles Taffs, who has been at the cornerstone of UIBL’s Aviation Division for the last 5 years, will be retiring after a remarkable career that spans over three decades. Under his stewardship, the division has grown significantly, earning a reputation for excellence and reliability in the aviation brokerage industry.
